Mr Alam Hannan made the time to listen while I explained my symptoms and history. He explained in layman's terms what he was going to do and why.
I have complete confidence in his diagnosis because of his explanation and the thoroughness of the examination.
Mr Alam Hannan is obviously very knowledgeable and professional but he is still able to convey a very caring manner.
It was very reassuring to receive a copy of Mr Hanan's letter to my GP by email together with my treatment plan.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Listenend to my problem and was very clear when explaining the problem. The consultant successfully unblocked my ear and prescribed medicine which has gone on to clear up the ear infection and which is currently working well to clear congestion in my eustation tubes:
